The Challenge

A New Contractor With Zero Online Presence

AIM Fencing & Roofing is a family-owned contractor business based in Crowley, TX, run by Anthony Munoz. When Anthony came to us, his business had no website, no Google visibility, and no way for homeowners to find him online. He was relying entirely on word-of-mouth and social media to get jobs.

Invisible to Google

When homeowners in Crowley, Fort Worth, or Arlington searched for fencing or roofing services, Anthony's business didn't exist as far as Google was concerned. No website meant no search results. No search results meant every lead was going to competitors who had an online presence -- even if their work wasn't as good. Every day without a website was money left on the table. Homeowners searching "fence company Crowley TX" or "roofer near me" were finding everyone except AIM. For a new business trying to establish itself in a competitive market like DFW, this was the single biggest growth bottleneck.

Competing Against Established Companies

The DFW fencing and roofing market is crowded. Established companies with years of SEO authority, hundreds of Google reviews, and polished websites dominate the search results across Fort Worth, Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, and Cleburne. Anthony needed more than just a basic website -- he needed a strategic online presence that could compete with businesses that had a multi-year head start. He needed service area coverage, local SEO, professional presentation, and a site that converted visitors into phone calls and quote requests. He needed leads, not just a pretty page that sat there looking nice.

What We Built

A Complete Website Built to Generate Leads

We didn't hand Anthony a template and wish him luck. We built aimfencingroofing.com from scratch -- hand-coded, SEO-optimized, and designed around one goal: turning online visitors into paying customers. Here's exactly what went into the build.

  • 22 total pages -- a full website covering every service, every city, and every angle a homeowner might search for. Not a 3-page brochure site. A complete online presence that tells Google exactly what AIM does and where they do it.
  • 4 core service pages -- dedicated pages for Fencing, Roofing, Govee Permanent LED Lighting, and Handyman Services. Each page is written specifically for that trade with relevant content, project photos, and calls-to-action. When someone searches "Govee lighting installation near me," AIM has a full page answering that exact query.
  • 10 service area pages -- fencing pages and handyman pages targeting Fort Worth, Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, and Cleburne. Plus roofing service area pages covering the same 5 cities. Each page is uniquely written with city-specific content, not duplicated boilerplate. This is how you show up when someone searches "fencing company Mansfield TX" or "roofer Burleson TX."
  • 2 blog posts -- "How Much Does a Fence Cost in Texas?" and "Roof Replacement Guide for Texas Homeowners." Real content marketing that answers questions homeowners are actively searching. These pages build authority, drive organic traffic, and position AIM as a knowledgeable contractor -- not just another guy with a truck and a phone number.
  • Project photo galleries -- 11 real project photos showcasing completed fencing jobs, roof replacements, roof repairs, fence staining, Govee lighting installations, siding repairs, and handyman work. Before-and-after shots that sell the quality of Anthony's work without saying a word. No stock photos. No AI-generated images. Real work from real jobs.
  • Google Reviews integration -- customer reviews pulled directly from Google and displayed on the site with full five-star ratings. Social proof that converts skeptical visitors into callers. Plus a dedicated review page making it easy for satisfied customers to leave new reviews.
  • Click-to-call and contact forms -- the phone number is tappable on every single page. A detailed contact form with service type selection, project description fields, and both phone and email capture. A hero-section estimate request form on the homepage that catches visitors the moment they land. Every page is built with one question in mind: how does this visitor become a phone call?
  • Full SEO foundation -- structured data markup (LocalBusiness schema, FAQ schema), optimized meta titles and descriptions on every page, Open Graph tags, Twitter Cards, XML sitemap, canonical URLs, and semantic HTML. The technical SEO foundation that most contractor websites completely skip because their developers don't know it exists.
  • Google Business Profile optimization -- we didn't just build the website. We helped set up and optimize AIM's Google Business Profile to work hand-in-hand with the website. NAP consistency, service categories, business hours, service area definitions, and photo uploads. The profile and the website reinforce each other for local search dominance.
  • Mobile-first responsive design -- the entire site was built mobile-first because that's where the majority of local searches happen. Fast-loading, thumb-friendly navigation, prominent phone numbers, and a layout that works on every screen size from an iPhone SE to a 32-inch desktop monitor. When a homeowner Googles "fence company near me" from their phone while standing in their backyard, this site delivers.

Key Features

What Makes This Site Work

Every feature was chosen for a reason. This isn't a list of buzzwords -- it's the specific infrastructure that turns a contractor website into a lead generation machine.

Local SEO for 5 Cities

Dedicated service area pages targeting Fort Worth, Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, and Cleburne. Each page is uniquely written with city-specific content, relevant local details, and optimized meta tags. When homeowners in any of these cities search for fencing or roofing services, AIM has a page built specifically to rank for that search. This is the single most effective strategy for contractors who serve multiple cities -- and most of their competitors don't do it at all.

Google Business Profile Setup

A properly optimized Google Business Profile is the other half of local SEO. We set up AIM's profile with accurate business categories, service areas, hours of operation, photos, and consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data that matches the website exactly. The profile and website work together -- the website builds authority that lifts the profile in local pack results, and the profile drives traffic back to the website. That's the feedback loop most contractors miss.

Mobile-First Responsive Design

Over 70% of local service searches happen on mobile devices. AIM's entire site was designed for mobile first, then adapted for tablet and desktop. Fast loading times, thumb-friendly buttons, tappable phone numbers on every page, and a layout that doesn't require pinching or zooming. When a homeowner standing in their yard searches for a fence company on their phone, the experience is seamless from search result to phone call.

Lead Generation Forms

Two contact forms -- one in the hero section for immediate capture, one in the dedicated contact section for detailed project inquiries. Both include service type selection (fencing, roofing, Govee lighting, general contracting, handyman), project description fields, and multiple contact methods. The forms are powered by Formspree for reliable delivery directly to Anthony's inbox. No missed leads. No spam-filtered form submissions disappearing into the void.

Professional Project Galleries

Real photos from real jobs. Roof replacements, fence installations, fence staining, Govee lighting displays, siding repairs, and handyman work -- all photographed on actual job sites. Before-and-after comparisons that show the quality of work without a single word of sales copy. These galleries do more for conversion than any amount of marketing language. Homeowners want to see what you've done, and we made sure the work speaks for itself.

Schema Markup for Rich Results

Full structured data implementation including LocalBusiness schema with service areas, business hours, and aggregate ratings. FAQ schema on the homepage that targets featured snippet opportunities for common questions like "How much does a fence cost in Crowley, TX?" and "What is Govee permanent LED lighting?" This technical SEO work is invisible to visitors but tells Google exactly what AIM does, where they do it, and why they're rated 5 stars.

The Results

From Zero to Full Online Presence

AIM went from completely invisible online to having a professional, SEO-optimized web presence that covers their entire service area. Here's what that looks like in numbers.

Complete Brand Presence -- Built From Scratch

22 Pages of Content
5 DFW Cities Covered
4 Core Services
2 Blog Posts
11 Project Photos

AIM Fencing & Roofing went from having zero web presence to a fully indexed, SEO-optimized website with service area coverage across Fort Worth, Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, and Cleburne. The site is live, indexed in Google, and built to compound in authority every month. Anthony now has a professional online presence that works for his business 24/7 -- generating leads while he's on a job site, on weekends, and while he sleeps. That's what a real contractor website does.

Our Approach

Built for a Contractor, Not a Conference Room

AIM's website wasn't designed in a vacuum. Every decision was made with one question in mind: does this help Anthony get more jobs?

No Templates. Hand-Coded.

We didn't use WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or any page builder. AIM's website is hand-coded HTML and CSS, which means it loads faster, ranks better, and doesn't carry the bloat of a theme with 200 features the site will never use. Every line of code exists for a reason. The result is a site that loads in under 2 seconds on mobile and scores well on Google's Core Web Vitals -- the performance metrics that directly affect search rankings. Template sites can't touch that.

Content That Homeowners Actually Search

Every page on the site was written around real search queries that homeowners use when they need a contractor. "Fence company Fort Worth," "roofing contractor Burleson TX," "how much does a fence cost in Texas," "Govee lighting installer near me." We didn't guess what to write about -- we built each page to answer specific questions and match specific searches. The blog posts target informational queries that bring in visitors at the top of the funnel, while the service and city pages target commercial queries from people ready to hire.

Conversion-First Design

The design looks professional, but that's not why it works. It works because every element is placed to guide visitors toward taking action. The phone number is visible and tappable on every page. The hero section has a free estimate form right at the top -- no scrolling required. Service pages end with clear calls-to-action. Google reviews are positioned where they do the most good: right before the contact section. The entire flow is designed to move someone from "I found this site on Google" to "I'm calling this company" in under 60 seconds.

Built to Scale

AIM's site wasn't built for today only. The architecture supports adding new service pages, new city pages, new blog content, and new project photos as the business grows. When Anthony expands into new services or new areas, the site grows with him. Want to add roofing pages for Weatherford and Granbury? The structure is already there. Need to add 20 more project photos after a busy season? The gallery handles it. This isn't a static brochure -- it's a platform for long-term growth.
