If you cancel before any design or development work has started, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit within 7 business days.
If you cancel after work has begun:
Once the website has been approved and launched, the design and development fee is non-refundable. We encourage clients to use all included revision rounds during the project to ensure satisfaction before launch.
You may cancel your monthly hosting and maintenance plan at any time with 30 days written notice. To cancel, email us at hello@smithwebco.com.
When you cancel hosting:
We stand behind our work. If you're not happy with the direction of a project during the design phase, we'll work with you to make it right within the scope of the agreed-upon revisions. Our goal is to deliver a website you're proud of.
If there's a billing dispute or you feel a refund is warranted outside of these guidelines, reach out to us directly. We handle every situation individually and will always try to find a fair resolution.
